As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern within the HR Service Department, you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve. The HR Service team is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada for HR-related topics.
Responsibilities
- Administering pre-employment processes for new hires, promotions, transfers, and international assignments
- Adjudicating background checks and validating data quality
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
- Performing administrative duties for HR Service team
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Previous office, administrative, or customer-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service mindset
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn HR databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
