Ansvarsområder

  • Organize staff and department meetings, prepare and follow up meeting minutes
  • Manage department purchasing workflow from source to contract
  • Support budget planning, tracking, and fixed assets management
  • Coordinate RP's calendar and travel arrangements
  • Organize department events and public information sharing
  • Prepare documents and follow up approval/signature processes
  • Track open points and tasks assigned by RP
  • Communication coordination and question collection within dept.

Krav

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3+ years working experience (assistant/admin preferred)
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking)
  • Strong Office tools experience
  • Experience with events & processes organization
  • Basic finance & cost control knowledge
  • Strong focus on people and efficiency improvements (CIP)
  • Willingness to take responsibility, pro-active attitude
