Manufacturing Expert (AOI with AI)_PS_RBCD

Job Summary Plan & define future IT infrastructure, concept and implement maintenance of AOI with AI applications Driving/ leading strategic project and activities in value stream and department level Provide technical consultation for AOI with AI development and optimization activities within MOEx and cross function Competence buildup and benchmark in IPN for AOI with AI related process Coordinate department I4.0 projects Roles and Responsibilities Define department roadmap for i4.0 based on plant / area strategy Driving& leading new AI in AOI use cases, digitalization& standardization of smart manufacturing process, supporting RBCD light-house strategy. Support and contribute to visual inspection projects & improvements for cross-function organization with expertise know-how and drive continuous improvement Support ITM colleagues to implement related regulations and standards, ensure IT security in manufacturing. Benchmark activities within IPN, coordinate with IPN regarding AOI topics. Coaching and mentoring of engineer & planner with AOI with AI technical expertise knowledge. Knowledge and technical experience exchanging with leadplants and IPN, supporting for competence buildup within organization even cross function Collaborative working with AI team and other organizations (e.g. community), deriving projects for AI use case in AOI related Education: Master degree with major in IT or computer technology preferred. Language: Fluent English communication and presentation Mindset: Innovative and continuous improvement mindset, problem solving and analytic thinking, eager to learn and contribute, fast reaction, flexibility and coping under difficult situations in a collaborative way; and sensitive with new technology and digital tool in terms of I4.0 perspective. Experience: Familiar with Machine learning with AI technology in AOI, successful implementation use case is preferred. Know-how: read & understand scientific articles in AI study, familiar with AOI technology and machine learning & communication technology etc.
