  • Manage Douyin Qianchuan advertising budgets and optimize ROI
  • Run daily live streaming operations and content planning
  • Manage JD.com self-operated store operations and supply chain
  • Conduct sales forecasting and inventory management
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of orders, fees, and revenue
  • Analyze operational data across multiple time dimensions
  • Coordinate with platform representatives, warehouse, finance, and sales teams

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce or related field
  • 2+ years of Douyin Qianchuan advertising and live streaming operations experience
  • Familiar with Douyin traffic rules and e-commerce practices
  • JD.com store operations experience preferred
  • Proficient with Douyin Qianchuan and store backend systems
  • Strong data analysis skills with Python and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and cross-department coordination abilities
  • High pressure tolerance, adaptable to live streaming schedules
