We are seeking a highly motivated Offer Calculation Expert to join our team and work in a collaborative environment together with the global sales and project teams. As an Offer Calculation Expert, you will: Contribute with financial insights that enable transparent and reliable decision-making. Prepare and consolidate offer and EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) calculations for acquisition projects. Evaluate commercial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and profitability scenarios while reviewing cost assumptions and documentation. Aid with the assessment of cost-reduction measures and scenario simulations. Drive financial evaluations related to change requests and new requirements in ongoing projects. Analyze the evolution of project profitability from acquisition to the start of production. Ensure accurate maintenance and correct data visualization in relevant CRM/ IT tools. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling, Commercial Finance, Purchasing Controlling, or plant-related financial functions
- Experience in project-based or acquisition-driven environments is preferred
- Financial & Business acumen
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of EBIT logic and cost structures
- Experience with financial systems and digital tools
- Power BI is an advantage
- Analytical & structured thinking

- Data quality & accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive approach with strong solution orientation
- Resilience under pressure
- English proficient user
