Support the startup and Implementation of the laser operation of a new production line in the existing Lincolnton, NC facility. During startup, learn first hand the process and to support to develop the local work instructions and standards. This Position will require extended Overseas Travel for training. Actively communicate with the related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.). Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required. Will be responsible to load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines, conduct 5S and aid in trouble-shooting. Responsible to reach the daily targets and escalate in case of deviations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years experience in laser/robotics processes
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for shifts and overtime
- Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift 40 lbs
- Ability to read product prints and use measuring devices
