Diablo Tools Inc. is seeking an outgoing, highly motivated Inside Sales & Customer Service professional with experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in customer service and sales, excels at building and maintaining customer relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a multi-state territory and ecommerce accounts
  • Focus on Inside Sales department initiatives (upselling, pre-selling, new product placements)
  • Review day-to-day orders for efficient & accurate processing
  • Provide high-level customer service via phone, email, and portal
  • Process customer claim requests (shortages, overages, RGA's, buybacks, etc.)
  • Support departmental mitigating control tracking and reviews
  • Assist with resolving order and shipping issues
  • Manage customer accounts for accurate channel setup and maintenance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales preferred
  • A competitive, goal-driven attitude with strong communication skills
  • The ability to build trust and deliver solutions for customers
  • A desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility
  • Successful experience working in a fast passed, dynamic environment under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • History of successful problem solving
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
