Experienced Legal Counsel or Lawyer for RO and BG

Bosch Romania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel /Lawyer to join our dynamic in-house legal team in Bucharest for a 2-year fixed-term contract. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a leading global technology and services provider.In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner, delivering high-quality, comprehensive legal advice and strategic support to various Bosch Group entities across both Romania and Bulgaria. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our corporate operations, ensuring robust compliance with local and international frameworks, and proactively mitigating legal risks.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, actionable legal counsel and operational support to all Bosch entities and business units in Romania and Bulgaria, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate strategic goals.Draft, negotiate, and legally review a wide range of commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and procurement arrangements to safeguard the organization's interests and facilitate business growth.Deliver specialized legal support for Research and Development (R&D) initiatives and public funding programs; draft and review collaboration agreements with academic institutions, universities, and public/private consortiums.Draft corporate documentation (including Shareholders' Resolutions, Articles of Association, Board Decisions, and UBO declarations); manage corporate administrative changes and oversee all filings and relations with the National Trade Registry Office.Actively monitor legislative developments, assess potential impacts on business operations, and provide timely strategic advice to local management.Manage debt recovery strategies and pre-litigation actions (including payment summonses, orders, and statements of claim); provide legal oversight and support in insolvency proceedings involving commercial partners.Represent and defend the company's interests before public authorities, courts, and private entities, in coordination with the General Legal Counsel.Partner with central legal functions (C/LS) to drive the local implementation of regional projects and global corporate legal initiatives.Collaborate with and manage external legal advisors on complex, highly specialized, or cross-border matters to ensure optimal and cost-effective outcomes.Proactively adopt and integrate AI technologies and internal digital tools to streamline legal processes, drive operational efficiency, and modernize workflow delivery.
