- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for 2-5 Enterprise accounts in Financial Services
- Plan, lead, and present Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute results-driven account plans aligned to quarterly, semi-annual, and annual customer goals
- Act as a strategic advisor on Persado products - onboarding users, enabling adoption, and championing customer needs
- Own issue resolution and escalate as needed; identify process or product improvements to enhance customer experience
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including regular in-person engagement at customer sites (expect ~20-30% travel)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or digital marketing company serving large Enterprise clients
- Proven track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts
- Comfortable operating autonomously across multiple enterprise stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data, calculate ROI, and support impact reporting using Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and basic formulas)
- A basic understanding of key marketing programs and channels

A basic understanding of key marketing programs and channels.
