Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure
- Build automation tools to reduce toil
- Lead incident response and post-mortem processes
- Collaborate with development teams on deployment strategies
- Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs
- Mentor junior engineers on SRE best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Rust)
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Track record of improving system reliability and reducing incident response time
- Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
