  • Own the CRM product roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with business goals

Krav

  • Experience working as a Product Manager, Application Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager or similar role within CRM platforms
  • Experience working with CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, others relevant)
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes
  • Experience working in digital transformation, CRM implementation, or business development initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

The Role As Product Manager CRM, you will own and drive the development of our global CRM platform and processes.
