Assists with the recruitment process by conducting resume screening, reference check, scheduling and conducts initial interviewAssists orientation and update records of new hires (201 files)Assists in managing employee databases and prepare reportsAssists in processing employee request and providing employee relationsAssists in other employee relations and discipline taskAssists in processing other related payroll and benefit task.Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Development Management, Psychology or any related coursesAble to commit at least 500 hours (full-time internship - Monday to Friday)Good communication skills with excellent analytical problem-solving skillsProactive individual with the ability to work independentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work Onsite Kindly attach your resume in your application.
