Responsibilities

  • Serve as Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (STP) Functional professional
  • Support end-to-end STP processes (Supplier Setup, Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Portal)
  • Capture and analyze business requirements, translate into Oracle Cloud ERP solutions
  • Implement ERP configurations with expertise in Oracle Fusion setups
  • Manage incidents, enable automation, implement monitoring
  • Leverage SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, BICC for reporting
  • Coordinate design, development, and testing activities
  • Collaborate with integration teams on connections with other platforms
  • Oversee software releases, upgrades, patch updates, and incident management
  • Support SOX compliance, audits, and internal control assessments
  • Work with Oracle Support on Service Requests
  • Participate in month-end activities during period close

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules
  • 4-5 years of IT systems experience with domain expertise in Source To Pay processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud and Oracle Accounts Payables Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in solution design, configuration, and production support
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, and BICC reporting tools (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • SOX compliance and audit support experience

You will support and continuously improve Lyft’s corporate systems by managing incidents, enabling automation, implementing monitoring, configuring applications, and driving end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle excellence. To effectively support our business stakeholders, candidates for this role must be proactive, detail oriented, highly subject oriented, analytical, customer obsessed and possess the ability to execute the following skills. Your Key Responsibilities: Serve as a skilled Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (STP) Functional professional, acting as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams to support and enhance ERP Financials, Procurement, Payables, Supplier Management, and related modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Source to Pay Workstream. Apply functional expertise alongside hands-on technical proficiency in integrations, reporting, and issue resolution, delivering results in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Support end-to-end STP processes, including Supplier Setup & Qualification, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Order Management, Self-Service Purchasing, Payables, Expenses, and Supplier Portal. Bring 5–10 years of hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules, with strong exposure to Accounts Payables, Procurement and STP operations. Experience in zip, and procurement systems integrations is a plus. Capture, analyze, and estimate customer business requirements, translating them into Oracle Cloud ERP and supporting applications solution architecture aligned with business objectives. Coordinate design, interpret requirements, and implement ERP configurations with expertise in Oracle Fusion setups. Proactively identify issues, track them to closure, and maintain comprehensive documentation of system requirements, configurations, and workflows. Leverage SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI, and BICC reporting tools to drive data insights and reporting solutions (preferred). Coordinate and manage design, development, and testing activities across project phases to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Stay ahead of emerging trends, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to identify opportunities that improve STP performance and operational efficiency. Conduct regular calls with STP business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and participate in month-end activities during period close. Collaborate with integration teams to build, test, and deploy seamless connections with other applications and platforms. Oversee deployment of software releases, version upgrades, patch updates, and critical incident management. Support SOX compliance, audits, and internal control assessments by providing accurate, timely documentation. Work with Oracle Support to manage Service Requests (SRs) from initiation to resolution. Apply Agile methodology across software development, systems integration, and application configuration activities. Skills & Attributes: Brings 4-5 years of IT systems experience with domain expertise in Source To Pay processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud, demonstrating a strong command of both functional and technical aspects of the platform. Has a good working understanding of the software development lifecycle, with growing familiarity in development, enhancement, and day-to-day support activities. A reliable and collaborative team member who works effectively in cross-functional settings, actively participates in knowledge sharing, and contributes constructively to team goals and a positive team culture. Should show the urge to learn new things and easily adaptable and scalable to new technologies. Adapt at bridging the gap between business and technology comfortably engaging empathetically with stakeholders across all levels, from Support business owners to technical partners, ensuring needs are accurately captured and clearly communicated.
