  • Track record of top performance in net new logo hunting and prospecting
  • Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

As an Account Executive, SMB Hunter you’ll identify net new opportunities for prospects to get the most out of Stripe by quickly understanding our clients’ needs, execute scaled sales strategies to acquire new customers and drive product adoption. Minimum requirements 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a technology company, spanning net new logo hunting and prospecting through close and implementation, with a consistent track record of top performance Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build great relationships with technical customers Analytical ability to manage complex sales cycles Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams A knack for working well with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally Ability and motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment Superior verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
